My mum gave me a freezer which finally fits more than one bottle of vodka and a few measly ice cubes. I plan on filling it up with cheap sushi from Aldi. Yes, I'm crying, but they are tears of joy!
The fish is good, but the texture of the rice is definitely affected by the freezing. And I suggest letting it defrost in the fridge, not in the microwave...:-)
